our approach.

We believe that nutrition should feel supportive, not stressful—and that real change happens when you feel heard, seen, and empowered.

Our approach is client-driven and flexible, meeting you where you are and adapting to the season of life that you’re in. Whether you're navigating toddler mealtime battles, introducing solids to your baby, trying to conceive, preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, or just wanting to feel better in your own body—we’re here for it. We support clients of all ages and stages, offering personalized guidance for baby, toddler, adult, fertility, prenatal, and postpartum nutrition.
We don’t do rigid rules, guilt, or “perfect” eating. No diet culture rabbit holes and overwhelm. Instead, we take a whole-person approach that’s rooted in listening—to your body, your lifestyle, and your goals. We value progress over perfection, believe that all foods can fit, and know that small changes can lead to meaningful shifts over time.

Together, we’ll build habits that are realistic, sustainable, and nourishing— both physically and emotionally.

our team.

classmates to friends to colleagues

The Eating Collective is composed of a team of dedicated dietitians who are passionate about guiding individuals and families towards a healthier relationship to food and nutrition.

It all started at Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA circa 2019. We found our way to each other while pouring over biochemistry textbooks. The happenings of the COVID-19 pandemic couldn’t keep us apart, shifting our 5-hour study sessions to Zoom, for better or worse. After graduating with our Master's degrees we spread out to our various dietetic internships, studying for the RD exam and then onto careers. Along the way there were cross country moves, job changes, dogs, weddings and babies. As friends and colleagues we decided to put our heads together, join our resources and collective experience to best serve clients, families and our communities. We have each separately found an interest and passion in perinatal health, feeding kids and helping people cut through diet culture to nourish themselves. Although we live across the country, quite literally, we are committed to this mission and working together to improve lives.
